Elementary Teacher

Key Responsibilities Plan and implement a comprehensive educational program for first and second-grade students. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and personal growth. Develop and deliver lesson plans that meet state standards and cater to the diverse needs of students. Assess student performance regularly and provide feedback to students, parents, and administration. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development opportunities. Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and school activities. Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning environment. Participate in school events, meetings, and extracurricular activities as required. Work Schedule Monday•

PM Friday :

7:30 AM•3:00 PM Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field and/or High School Diploma with willingness to train on-site. Valid Arizona Teaching Certification for Elementary Education. Experience teaching in a K-8 environment is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners. Commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement.
