Position:

Elementary Teacher (Montessori School) Our independent private Montessori school is seeking a dedicated full-time or part-time Elementary Teacher. We are committed to fostering a learning environment that encourages creativity, problem-solving, innovation, and leadership among our students. Our goal is to provide exceptional education and empower students to become compassionate, confident leaders. The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications and responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and supervise individualized learning programs for students Prepare and maintain the Montessori environment Participate in staff meetings, parent functions, and conduct parent-teacher conferences Attend to any additional duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

Experience with the Montessori philosophy of education is strongly preferred Passion for the Montessori approach to education, with ongoing personal development in this area Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to align with and exemplify our school's values Meet state education requirements Criminal background check and fingerprinting required Additional school-specific requirements may apply
