Proven classroom experience working with elementary-aged children in various educational settings. Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and integrating learning technology tools. Familiarity with classroom management strategies and behavior management techniques. Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and community members. Knowledge of special education needs, including working with children with autism or other developmental differences. Experience with private school environments or Montessori methods is a plus. Demonstrated skills in tutoring, standardized testing preparation, and library services support.
