We are currently growing and transitioning the school into a high-quality bilingual Montessori program. We are looking for a passionate Montessori Infant & Toddler Lead Teacher who would like to grow with our school and independently lead and help develop our classroom for children ages 9 months to 2 years . Spanish language skills are preferred but not required. This is an exciting opportunity to help build and shape a growing Montessori program, with potential for future advancement into a Director role based on qualifications and school needs. Requirements Montessori Infant & Toddler credential covering birth-age 3 (0-3 years) from AMI, AMS, or a MACTE-accredited teacher education program required Ability to independently manage the classroom and provide Montessori experiences appropriate for children ages 9 months to 2 years Must meet California Title 22 Infant Care Teacher qualifications, including required ECE/Child Development coursework, infant care coursework, and experience Spanish language skills preferred but not required Position Details Full-time, 40 hours per week $25 per hour Paid time off Employee discount Professional development assistance We'd love to meet you and grow together!
