We are currently growing and transitioning the school into a high-quality bilingual Montessori program. We are looking for a Montessori Lead Teacher (Ages 3-6) who would like to grow with our school and independently lead and help develop our Primary classroom. Spanish language skills are preferred but not required. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Montessori teacher who wants to be part of building and shaping a growing Montessori program. As the school grows, this position also has potential for future advancement into a Director role , based on qualifications and school needs. Requirements Montessori credential for ages 3-6 from AMI, AMS, or a MACTE-accredited teacher education program required Ability to independently manage the classroom and deliver Montessori lessons Must meet California Title 22 Preschool Teacher qualifications, including at least 12 semester units in ECE or Child Development with required core coursework Spanish language skills preferred but not required Position Details Full-time, 40 hours per week $25 per hour Paid time off Employee discount Professional development assistance We'd love to meet you and grow together!
