The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with children and be able to provide a safe and nurturing learning environment for them.
Responsibilities :
Develop lesson plans and instructional materials Design creative and engaging lessons Implement strategies for behavior management- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to develop and implement educational programs Participate in education administration activities, such as faculty meetings, Open Houses, and parent-teacher conferences Use early intervention techniques to identify and address learning difficulties Assess and maintain detailed records of learning for each student Maintain accurate attendance record of each student Follow and obey staff policies and dress codes
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required At least two years of experience working with children in an educational setting preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Organized and responsible Works well with other and is a team player
