The teacher is responsible for planning and delivering high-quality instruction for 2nd grade subjects (self contained classroom). The teacher reports directly to the principal and collaborates with faculty and staff to support student learning and school improvement. Saint Matthias is seeking a passionate educator who will: Be willing to work collaboratively and is open to growth Communicate effectively with parents, students and colleagues Create a welcoming environment conducive to learning Be willing to take constructive criticism and implement changes accordingly Deliver lessons in both Spanish & English Demonstrates flexibility and effective classroom management Requirements Bachelor's degree Practicing Catholic Knowledge of content standards
