In this role, you will create a dynamic classroom environment that fosters curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for learning. As an integral part of our educational community, you will implement engaging lesson plans, utilize innovative classical strategies, and support each child's unique developmental journey. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards in core subjects such as literacy education, math, and science. Incorporate diverse teaching strategies including Montessori methods, early childhood education techniques, and special education practices to meet varied student needs. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive behavior management techniques and classroom management skills to create a safe and productive learning environment. Assess student progress regularly using formative and standardized testing methods; adapt instruction accordingly to support individual growth. Integrate learning technology tools to enhance instructional delivery and student engagement. Provide mentorship and support to scholars with diverse needs, including those with autism or requiring early intervention services. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and coordinate classroom activities such as tutoring sessions or library services. Maintain accurate records of scholar performance, attendance, and behavioral reports while ensuring compliance with education administration standards. Support scholars' social-emotional development by fostering inclusive classroom culture that emphasizes respect, communication skills, and collaboration. Experience Prior classroom experience in elementary education or early childhood settings is highly desirable. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across multiple subjects including literacy education, math, physical education, and library services. Experience working with children of varying abilities, including those with special needs or in private school environments. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Familiarity with learning technology platforms and tools used for instruction and assessment purposes. Proven ability to manage classrooms effectively while engaging students through innovative lesson planning and tutoring strategies. Strong communication skills for working with students, parents, colleagues, and educational administrators to support student success.
