Pacific Coast Montessori Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Montessori Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to guide infants in a warm, peaceful, and developmentally supportive Montessori environment that encourages independence, confidence, and joyful learning. About Us Pacific Coast Montessori Academy serves children ages 6 weeks to 6 years. Responsibilities Manage an Infant Montessori classroom with professionalism and care Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that support physical, emotional, intellectual, and social growth Create and maintain a calm, clean, and nurturing learning environment Implement Montessori principles in daily routines and classroom practices Observe, assess, and document children's development and progress Provide responsive, individualized care to support each child's unique needs Communicate regularly and professionally with families Work cooperatively and collaboratively with team members and administration Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations Bring positive energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism to school each day Qualifications & Skills Montessori Infant/Toddler Certification (preferred) Minimum of 12 ECE units (Infant/Toddler units required) At least 1 year of experience as an Infant Teacher (required) Strong understanding of infant development and responsive caregiving Patient, loving, and genuinely passionate about helping children grow and flourish Excellent communication and teamwork skills CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Reliable, organized, and professional work ethic

Compensation Starting Hourly Pay:
