Shakopee Public Schools is searching for a dynamic 2nd Grade Teacher (1.0 FTE) to join the amazing team at Red Oak Elementary.
Job Summary:
Provides instruction in content area in accordance with each student's ability, creates a classroom environment that fosters student learning and personal growth. Establishes effective working relationships with students and parents, works collaboratively with other staff members.
Qualifications:
Current MN teaching license for Elementary Education, K-6 preferred. Experience with multiple instructional designs and differentiated instruction. Strong classroom management skills. Effective communication skills. Ability to build successful relationships with students, parents and staff.
