. Multiple positions available for Middle or Elementary School. Multi-Subject Elementary School Teacher Single Subject in ELA and Math At Alma Fuerte, the most consistent challenge our teachers face is serving students whose academic needs vary widely. Our students are kind, curious, and hardworking, but they arrive with a broad range of abilities and learning needs. To support both students and staff, our administration prioritizes maintaining small class sizes (typically 15-25 students), creating space for strong relationships and intentional instruction. We are seeking experienced educators who are committed to meeting students where they are, thoughtfully differentiating instruction, and propelling every learner forward. The ideal candidate is confident designing and adapting lesson plans to support diverse learners and believes deeply in the power of individualized instruction. We are seeking experienced credentialed teachers.

Required Qualifications:
