We are seeking dedicated early childhood educators to join the Elementary School Teacher team at Community Leadership Academy. As an Elementary School Teacher, you will play a vital role in nurturing young learners, preparing them for kindergarten, and instilling a love for learning. Your Role and Responsibilities As an elementary teacher at CLA, you'll have the opportunity to:

Inspire Young Minds :

Create and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons across content areas using high-quality curriculum resources like Into Reading, Eureka Math, and Core Knowledge Foster a

Positive Environment :

Build a classroom where every student feels safe, respected, and encouraged to thrive

Guide Student Learning :

Use real-time data and formative assessments to guide your instruction and provide targeted support for each learner

Collaborate and Differentiate :

Work with specialists to ensure every student's needs are met through thoughtful differentiation and teamwork

Reinforce School Culture :

Promote a strong school culture with consistent routines, clear expectations, and positive reinforcement

Engage Families :

Maintain regular communication with families about student progress, behavior, and successes

Grow Professionally :

Be open to feedback and continuously improve through coaching and collaboration with your peers Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree (required) One of the following in elementary education: Colorado teaching license or endorsement 36 credit hours in content Passing score on approved Praxis exams For grades K-3 positions, 45 hours of Colorado READ Act training or passed
