Elementary Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a Christ-centered educational environment. Design and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards across subjects such as literacy, math, science, social studies, and physical education. Utilize diverse teaching strategies and learning technologies to accommodate various learning styles and abilities. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques. Assess student progress regularly using formative and summative assessments, including standardized testing, to tailor instruction accordingly. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support students with special needs or those requiring early intervention. Mentor students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning objectives and build confidence. Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development. Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; additional certification in elementary education preferred. Classroom experience with children of early childhood age groups; private school experience is advantageous is preferred. Commitment to Christian values and education Strong knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, literacy education, math instruction, and classroom management techniques. Familiarity with learning technology tools and digital resources used for teaching young learners. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, staff, and community partners. Ability to implement behavior management strategies that foster a positive learning environment.
