Open Until Filled Elementary Teacher (Intermediate) Full Time Position Salary Schedule Position Description Flagstaff Academy seeks an Elementary School Teacher for the 2026-27 school year. The position requires close collaboration with the elementary school team to ensure that there is a meaningful scope and sequence for the elementary school Core Knowledge curriculum. Specifically, we seek an educator with: subject matter expertise and a strong foundation in literacy and math instruction good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills the ability to work collaboratively a willingness to work closely with families ability to form positive relationships with children three years of successful experience as a teacher effective instructional delivery techniques expertise integrating technology effectively proven ability to differentiate instruction and meet the needs of all students The candidate's pedagogy should be student-centered and practiced in differentiated instruction with a particular focus on the teaching through investigation and inquiry.
