$56,100.00 to $97,700.000 per Teacher's Contract.

Director & Assistant Director Position Expectations:

Foster social responsibility among students based on Responsive Classroom philosophy. Provide appropriate instruction in a multi-age classroom. Individualize instruction in an integrative student-centered manner to meet the needs of the students as well as honor various learning styles. Use data to make instructional decisions. Involve students in the research process as set forth by the IDCS Maintain family

• school communication and family involvement on an ongoing basis.

Collaborate with colleagues to improve learning for all students. Performs all other duties as assigned by the Director and/or Assistant Direction.
