Full Job Description Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Elementary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, committed to student success, and able to create a positive and engaging classroom environment that supports the academic and social development of young learners.
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement engaging lessons aligned with elementary curriculum standards Create a supportive and structured classroom environment that encourages learning and positive behavior Assess and monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and families Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administration Adapt instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners Maintain classroom organization and follow school policies and procedures
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in the United States Fluent English required (spoken and written) Strong classroom management skills Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators Passion for supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of elementary-aged students
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Education or a related field Experience working with diverse student populations
