Job Description

Montessori Tides School is seeking a full-time Primary Lead School Teacher for our school in Jacksonville Beach, FL. Montessori Tides School is a private school. The ideal candidate will have a background in early childhood education and teaching. The teacher will be responsible for the overall classroom environment as well as the daily supervision of the children. The salary is competitive, and the benefits package includes: PTO, Sick and Vacation Time Tuition Reimbursement Childcare Assistance Professional Development Assistance Parental Leave Duties include: Developing an educational environment that is supportive of student growth and development. This includes supervising teachers, providing feedback to teachers, and developing an individualized instruction plan for each student.
