Full-Time, 10-Month Contract Position Goal To create a high-expectations classroom environment that fosters academic growth and social-emotional development through engaging, standards-aligned instruction.

Key Responsibilities Instructional Delivery:

Design and implement daily lesson plans in core subjects (Math, Reading, Science, Social Studies) aligned with Florida state standards.

Student Assessment:

Use data-driven strategies to monitor student progress and differentiate instruction for diverse learners, including ESE and ESOL students.

Classroom Management:

Maintain a safe, respectful, and organized learning environment conducive to student success.

Collaboration:

Communicate regularly with parents via conferences and reports; participate in professional learning communities (PLCs) and staff meetings.

Minimum Qualifications Education:

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.

Certification:

Valid Florida Professional Educator's Certificate in Elementary Education (K-6) or a Statement of Status of Eligibility (SOE).

Clearance:

Must pass a Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) and FBI Level 2 background check and fingerprinting.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal communication, proficiency with educational technology, and ability to work with diverse student populations.

Pay:

$19.00 - $25.00 per hour
