Responsibilities:
Create a warm and friendly learning environment. Observe, plan, and schedule daily activities. Provide leadership in the community. Be able to speak about our vision and persuade parents to enroll children by hosting tours and community events on premises. Expert in CPR and first-aid. Ensure an environment where each child feels safe, secure, and respected. Build a community-based preschool that respects different cultures and viewpoints. Communicate with children and their parents.
