We are looking for passionate educators who enjoy fostering a love of learning in students within a supportive environment. Candidates will have the opportunity to contribute to a curriculum that emphasizes critical thinking and academic rigor across all grade levels. Responsibilities Deliver engaging lessons aligned with The Blake School's curriculum. Core subjects include Mathematics, Reading, Literature, Writing, Spelling, Phonics, Science, and Social Studies. Manage classroom dynamics to foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and respect. Communicate effectively and respectfully to administration, students, parents, and co-workers. Assess student progress regularly and provide personalized attention to meet high educational standards. Maintain classroom organization and ensure adherence to school policies and safety protocols. Experience Prior teaching experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills. A commitment to fostering virtuous character and academic excellence in students. Willingness to collaborate within a team-oriented environment dedicated to continuous improvement.
