Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM , September through June The ideal candidate is passionate about elementary education, enjoys creating a structured yet engaging learning environment, and is able to tailor instruction to each child's individual learning style.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver daily instruction aligned with 1st and 2nd grade academic standards Differentiate lessons to meet each child's unique learning needs Foster a love of learning through engaging, hands-on instruction Track student progress and communicate regularly with parents Maintain a positive, organized, and nurturing classroom environment

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required; teaching certification required Experience teaching elementary-aged students Experience with homeschooling, private education, or small-group instruction is a plus Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills Reliable, punctual, and professional
