  • Create engaging, standards aligned lessons that inspire students to think critically and love learning.
  • Build a positive classroom culture where students feel safe, respected, and challenged to reach their full potential.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners while maintaining high expectations for all students.
  • Use technology, hands on learning, and collaborative activities to increase student engagement.
  • Monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments and use data to guide instruction.
  • Communicate regularly with families to celebrate successes and support student growth.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers, instructional coaches, interventionists, and administrators to provide an outstanding educational experience.
  • Support the school's PBIS framework by promoting positive behavior, responsibility, and leadership.
  • Participate in professional learning opportunities that strengthen instructional practices and leadership skills. What We're Looking For
  • Florida teaching certification or eligibility for certification.
  • Experience teaching elementary students preferred.
  • Strong classroom management skills and a student centered mindset.
  • Knowledge of literacy, mathematics, science, and social studies instruction.
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to collaborate, learn, and lead.
