Adapt teaching methods for working with children with disabilities or special needs, ensuring inclusive education practices. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress, behavior management strategies, and developmental milestones. Incorporate physical education activities and writing skills exercises to foster well-rounded growth in young learners. Maintain a safe, organized classroom environment conducive to active learning and creativity. Experience Prior classroom experience in early childhood education or preschool settings is essential. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional design tailored for young children. Experience working with students with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable. Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning technology tools used in educational settings. Knowledge of Montessori methods or private school teaching experience is a plus. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with parents, colleagues, and students' families. Proven ability to manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering a positive learning environment. Background in literacy education, math instruction, physical education, or tutoring young children is preferred.
