Responsibilities Implement Montessori principles and practices to maintain a thoughtfully prepared Primary classroom (ages 3-6) Develop and present individualized lessons using Montessori materials and methods Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages independence, concentration, and respectful collaboration Observe, assess, and document student progress to support each child's academic and developmental growth Provide constructive guidance and support to help students reach their full potential Collaborate with classroom assistants, fellow guides, and administration Communicate effectively and professionally with parents to support each child's educational journey and well-being Qualifications Montessori Primary Certification (AMI, AMS, or equivalent) preferred Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of early childhood teaching experience required Experience in a Montessori Primary classroom or with young children strongly preferred Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated passion for working with children and commitment to Montessori philosophy What We Offer A supportive and collaborative work environment Professional development opportunities to enhance Montessori practice Competitive salary and benefits package The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to submit a resume and cover letter describing their Montessori training, classroom experience, and educational philosophy.
