Duties Plan and deliver engaging instruction aligned with curriculum standards and diocesan guidelines. Integrate Catholic values, teachings, and traditions into daily lessons and classroom activities. Support the faith formation of students through prayer, participation in liturgies, and modeling Christian behavior. Maintain a positive classroom environment that promotes respect, responsibility, and academic growth. Assess student progress regularly and communicate effectively with parents regarding academic and behavioral performance. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students. Collaborate with faculty, administration, and parents to support student success and school mission. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, school events, and Catholic school activities. Uphold school policies, diocesan regulations, and standards of professionalism and confidentiality. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required. Valid teaching certification preferred or required according to diocesan policy. Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education. Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills. Practicing Catholic candidates are preferred but not required.
