Role:
Join Blooming Buds LLC as a Montessori - Primary Lead Teacher in Milton, GA, where you will inspire young minds and foster a love for learning. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the educational journey of children in a nurturing and engaging environment.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement a comprehensive Montessori curriculum for primary-aged children. Foster a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Observe and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs. Collaborate with parents and staff to support each child's development and learning goals. Maintain a safe and organized classroom that reflects Montessori principles. Facilitate hands-on learning experiences that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching practices.
Requirements:
Montessori certification and experience working with primary-aged children. Strong understanding of Montessori principles and educational philosophy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. Demonstrated passion for teaching and commitment to student success. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families. Background check and references required.
