The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that fosters a love for learning among students. This role involves developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and collaborating with parents and staff to support the educational needs of each child. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Educate students in various subjects while incorporating creative teaching methods. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive learning environment. Assess student performance through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Create an inclusive classroom atmosphere that accommodates diverse learning styles and needs, including special education requirements. Participate in curriculum development and early intervention strategies to enhance student learning outcomes. Provide tutoring and additional support for students who may require extra assistance. Maintain classroom discipline while promoting respect and cooperation among students. Experience Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred. Familiarity with early intervention techniques and strategies for supporting diverse learners. Strong skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and curriculum development are essential. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and fellow educators.
