Sawtooth Instructional Coach 2026-2027

Job Goal:

Assist school improvement team, principals and classroom teachers to provide direct support and assistance in the classroom in the use of the instructional model and effective instructional strategies, the use of data to improve student achievement, and instruction aligned to state and district-identified standards. Emphasis will be placed on providing content knowledge and resources to staff about learning and teaching literacy to help teachers improve students' skills in reading and writing to improve achievement in all content areas.

Qualifications:

Must meet Idaho certification - standard elementary endorsement preferred.
