Position Overview St. Teresa Catholic School is seeking a dynamic, faith-filled educator to serve as a 3rd Grade Teacher. The ideal candidate will demonstrate academic excellence, strong classroom leadership, and a deep commitment to Catholic education. Primary Responsibilities Teach 3rd Grade in alignment with Illinois and diocesan standards Teach Religion in accordance with diocesan curriculum and Catholic doctrine Design and implement engaging, standards-based lesson plans Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners Foster a structured, respectful, and faith-centered classroom environment Assess student growth and maintain accurate academic records Communicate professionally and consistently with parents and administration Actively support the mission and values of Catholic education Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Valid Illinois teaching certification preferred Practicing Catholic preferred for Religion instruction Strong organizational, communication, and classroom management skills

Compensation Starting Salary Range:

$30,000-$45,000 (Final salary based on experience, skills, and education).
