REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Valid Illinois Professional Educators License, elementary endorsement Knowledge of current curriculum, instructional trends, and school improvement process
RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend district in-services and professional development opportunities in order to implement new strategies for curriculum and instructional improvement Establish and implement appropriate evaluation procedures Active participation in appropriate staff development activities Contribute as a team member and/or leader to all school improvement initiatives Maintain a classroom climate and management plan conducive to learning Communicate effectively with students, parents, the public, and staff Other duties as assigned
