POSITION DETAILS
Temporary Contract:
2026-27 School Year We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic certified Elementary Teacher to join our team at Clear Creek Elementary. The ideal candidate will have a passion for actively educating students, a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, and the ability to engage students through innovative and effective teaching methods. Candidates must hold a valid Indiana certification or license in elementary education; must be able to teach virtually if necessary. Salary commensurate with candidate's credentials; health, dental, vision, life insurance, and matching annuity
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences. Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and state standards. Use a variety of instructional strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of students. Create a positive, respectful, and structured classroom environment conducive to learning. Implement effective PBIS strategies and address student social emotional needs and concerns. Assess and monitor student progress through formal and summative assessments. Provide timely feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance and behavior. Work collaboratively with other teachers, staff, and administrators to support student learning and school goals. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices. Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
Pay:
From $57,750.00 per year
