The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of elementary school curriculum, be able to develop and implement creative lesson plans, and have a passion for helping students reach their full potential. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, be patient and understanding, and have the ability to foster a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop lesson plans and teaching materials that are appropriate for the age group of the students. Create a safe and stimulating learning environment for students. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and administrators. Maintain records of student performance and attendance. Provide individualized instruction to students who require extra help. Communicate effectively with parents, administrators, and other teachers. Utilize technology in the classroom to enhance instruction.
