Key Responsibilities Professional Duties:

Engage in regular lesson planning, grading, and weekly staff meetings.

Spiritual Leadership and Faith Formation:

Participate actively in our school's faith life, including teaching Religion classes and attending our weekly bilingual Friday Masses.

Linguistic Support:

Collaborate with "Language Lab" partners to support the specific linguistic needs of each child, ensuring differentiated instruction for both native and non-native English speakers.

Classroom Culture:

Maintain a warm yet disciplined environment that emphasizes social-emotional growth alongside academic high expectations.

Collaboration:

Fulfill routine operational duties including recess, lunch, arrival, and dismissal supervision as scheduled and spend time in collaboration with peers.

Family Partnership:

Maintain open communication with families, recognizing them as the primary educators of their children.

Ideal Candidate Faith-Centered:

A practicing Roman Catholic (preferred) or someone with a deep respect for the Catholic faith who is eager to integrate our mission into the classroom.
