Job Description
Purpose Plan and facilitate maximum student learning in core and specialized curricular areas, leading and instructing each student to master district outcomes, encouraging enthusiasm for knowledge acquisition. General Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive elementary education
- Foster student growth in multiple domains
- Engage with parents and community for student success Essential Functions
- Plans individual and group curriculum/instruction
- Teaches/facilitates learning using various instructional methods
- Promotes study habits
- Creates and sustains an environment that enhances learning
- Completes grading, record keeping, and reporting
- Encourages communication with parents
- Prepares activities that involve the public Work Environment
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, intense work environment
- Must occasionally work in noisy and crowded environments, with numerous interruptions Physical Requirements
