Aug 20, 2026 Job Description Athol Royalston Middle School is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic educators for grade five teaching positions (certified in Grades 1-6). The successful candidates will demonstrate a strong commitment to educating our students, foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and support the academic, social, and emotional development of our learners. Additionally, thoughtful, effective, and data-informed lesson planning and delivery are essential. Trauma-informed classroom management, growth-minded approaches to challenges, and collaborative problem-solving will round out the most successful candidates.
