We are seeking a mission-driven, dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our faculty for the 2026-2027 school year.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Kindergarten Teacher who will be responsible for delivering a developmentally appropriate and engaging curriculum that emphasizes Catholic values, literacy, mathematics, and social-emotional learning. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children, a strong understanding of early childhood / elementary education, and a commitment to creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement, and assess a comprehensive Kindergarten curriculum that aligns with school and state standards, while incorporating Catholic teachings.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom atmosphere that supports the academic, emotional, and social development of all students.
  • Incorporate a variety of teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse learning styles and needs of children.
  • Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress, classroom activities, and school events.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to implement school-wide initiatives and enrich students' educational experience.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in education.
  • Support the spiritual development of students through prayer, participation in Mass, and faith-based activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and behavior in accordance with school policies.
  • Ensure a safe and clean classroom environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Other duties/responsibilities assigned by the School Principal
