An Elementary School Teacher teaches elementary school students, usually children ages 5 - 11 who are in kindergarten through fifth or sixth grade, in a public or private school. Teaches all subjects, including reading, writing, math, social studies and science, to one class throughout the school year. Plans curriculum and assesses student progress, manages student behavior and communicates with school parents. May specialize in teaching music, art or physical education, or teach students that are learning English, or work with students with learning disabilities or emotional and behavioral disorders.

Montessori Preschool is now hiring a dynamic and experienced Lead Teacher for our Infant/Toddlerclasses.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Creating and maintaining an environment that is clean and safe for all children Carrying out the daily responsibilities of the classroom relating to the care of the children Responsible for the safety and well-being of each child, responding to their emotional needs Implementing lesson plans/curriculum on a weekly basis covering all areas of child development Establishing a professional level of rapport with each family in order to provide quality care for the children
Qualifications:
