This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young lives Responsibilities Design and implement developmentally age appropriate fun, hands on curriculum Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growth Manage daily classroom activities, including lesson planning, behavior management, and routine care such as diapering and feeding Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, milestones, and more Ability to work as a team Ensure compliance with regulations and policies Support early intervention strategies for children requiring additional assistance or special education services Maintain accurate records of child development assessments, standardized testing results, and attendance logs Requirements Valid EEC certification as an Infant-Toddler Teacher Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar early childhood settings Strong knowledge of childhood development principles have good classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies Caring, positive and willing to work well as a team Excellent communication skills Current first aid and CPR certification is required

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
