Sep 30, 2026 Job Description We are seeking a passionate and nurturing Kindergarten Teacher to inspire and guide young learners during their first formal school experience. The ideal candidate will create a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment where children develop academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and implement developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with curriculum standards. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and learning. Support social-emotional growth and help students develop skills such as cooperation, self-regulation, and empathy. Assess student progress regularly and maintain accurate records. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development and classroom activities. Incorporate technology, hands-on activities, and interactive learning experiences. Collaborate with colleagues to support school initiatives and student success. Uphold school policies and procedures, including safety and behavior guidelines. Attend professional development sessions and staff meetings as required.
