It is possible to make this a full school-year position by being a Building Substitute before and after the long-term sub assignment•The role of the Classroom Teacher is to plan, organize and implement an appropriate, comprehensive instructional program in a supportive and collaborative learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic, social and emotional potential.
