Instructional Planning and Delivery:
Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans that align with state and school standards.Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of kindergarten students.
Foster a love of learning through creative and interactive activities.
Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring:
Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement.Use assessment data to inform instruction and provide targeted support.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of student performance and development.
Classroom Management:
Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages respect and cooperation.Implement effective classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior and minimize disruptions.
Establish routines and procedures that support a structured learning environment.
Collaboration and Communication:
