JOB GOAL

To provide targeted assistance for Title I students (current grades K-4) in small groups in Reading/English Language Arts, Mathematics, and Social Emotional Learning during the summer months to assure that students most at risk of not meeting challenging state academic standards continue to work towards proficiency in reading, mathematics, and SEL to prevent learning regression.

Summer Title I Program:

• Strengthen foundational reading/math skills
• Strengthen social emotional learning skills
• Maintain or increase learning during the summer
• Provide high-interest and engaging learning
• Focused and fun four-week program
• Sessions take place Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings
• Personalize instruction

WORK YEAR

The Summer Title I program

• July 6, 2026
• July 31, 2026 Sessions will run Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.

m. to 11:30 a.m. at South Elementary School. Orientation May/June, dates to be determined

SALARY:

$3550 (approximately 50 hours instruction; 25 hours planning, preparation, reporting and up to 5 hours training & orientation.)
