The candidate should be flexible, hardworking, and willing to try new approaches to teaching and learning that are research-based and endorsed by the district. We are looking for an educator who will be a strong communicator and able to form strong relationships with students, staff, and families. The ideal candidate will also be familiar with the social emotional learning teachings and strategies, growth mindset, and performance-based assessments.
