MSAD 75 is seeking a Grade 4 Teacher at Bowdoinham Community School to join our vibrant educational community. Together, we can inspire the next generation of learners and leaders.

Utilizing skills to be successful with intensive collaboration in a team-based, multi-grade approach to teaching and learning.
Creating an inclusive classroom culture where all students feel they belong, and are excited to learn.
Demonstrating a strong understanding of research-based Literacy and Mathematics instruction and assessment at the intermediate-elementary level, and the commitment to continue professional learning.
Experience with Teachers College workshop model highly preferred.
Strong communication skills with students, colleagues, and parents.
All other duties per teacher contract.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Elementary Education.
Valid State of Maine Department of Education background check (CHRC) authorization.
Valid State of Maine Department of Education General Elementary K-6 (020) certification.
Elementary level teaching experience preferred.

The pay range for this position depends on years of experience and education level with a wide range of $51,087 - $107,609. To view the detailed payscale and benefits offered, please refer to the Contract between the MSAD 75 Board of Directors and the Merrymeeting Teacher Association.
