CCS has small classes and a positive working relationship between faculty and staff. CCS's mission is to prepare children to glorify God as ambassadors of Jesus Christ by providing a biblical foundation, Christian values, and a challenging academic program. The candidate should be able to: Teach subjects using the State of Michigan standards Share a commitment to the success of CCS's mission Integrate Christian principles throughout lesson plans Develop and deliver lesson plans and activities that are engaging, age-appropriate, and aligned with state learning standards Differentiate lessons to meet students' needs Organize and manage a classroom of up to 25 students Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order Monitor student progress, evaluate student performance, and provide feedback Communicate regularly with parents and other staff members Participate in faculty meetings and professional development workshops Assist the administration in organizing and revising the curriculum. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable learning environment. Use technology to enhance classroom instruction. Perform various non-instructional duties as needed, such as helping with recess, end-of-school dismissal, and attending school events. Maintain positive relationships with other faculty and staff members.

CCS Schedule:
The position is full-time, with hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This position runs from the end of August through mid-June.
