19 Students We are partnering with Westwood Community Schools in Dearborn, MI to hire a certified Elementary Teacher for a 2nd grade classroom for the remainder of the school year. Position Details Teach a 2nd grade general education classroom Current class size is 19 students Maximum class size under the district contract is 28 students Provide engaging, age-appropriate instruction across the elementary curriculum Create a positive and supportive classroom environment Collaborate with school staff and families as needed Follow district curriculum, policies, and instructional expectations Schedule 8:35 AM3:28 PM 30-minute unpaid lunch 32.5 paid hours per week Qualifications Valid Elementary Teaching certification required Elementary classroom experience preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills Ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment Interested in a 2nd grade teaching opportunity in Dearborn?
