Full Job Description Description:
St. Patrick School is currently accepting applications for an upper elementary teacher. The successful candidates must be able to work cooperatively with staff to carry out the mission of St. Patrick Catholic School. They must be highly qualified with a current Michigan teaching certificate and comfortable with integrating faith and technology into instruction.
Required Qualifications:
-Be a practicing Catholic who lives in accordance with the teachings of the Magisterium of the Catholic Church-Hold a current Michigan K5 or K8 Teaching Certificate-Be Virtus trained or willing to complete Virtus training upon hire-Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills-Exhibit strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities-Foster positive and collaborative relationships with students, parents, faculty, staff, and administrators through professional and effective communication-Possess a thorough understanding of educational laws, policies, and ethical standards and consistently apply them in practice-Demonstrate a strong knowledge of effective instructional strategies, teaching methodologies, and classroom best practices-Show a commitment to academic excellence, student growth, and the mission of Catholic educationInterested candidates should email all of the following to Mrs. Casey Lenneman at .
