In the role of Elementary Math Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching math in three grade levels: 3, 4, and 5. You will meet with these grades every day, sometimes for 2 periods per day. In these classes you will need to follow detailed curriculum plans to ensure that students are on track and our existing pacing schedules. There will be a schedule and lesson plans provided for you to follow. In addition to your role as a math teacher, you will maintain the general atmosphere of one grade level during transition periods including and not limited to: between other classes, lunch, recess, and the end of the day. Bus duty will be assigned at regular intervals.
