Create and plan ELD curriculum and instruction for English Learners Teach ELD standards aligned with curriculum of Independent School District 196 Collaborate with colleagues, specialists, and coaches to plan and support classroom teachers and the needs of multilingual learners Teach ELD standards aligned with the curriculum of Independent School District 196Qualifications:
Licensed by the State of Minnesota to teach ESL Strong general academic background Ability to relate positively to students, staff and community Demonstrated planning and organizational skills Commitment to equity and culturally responsive teaching Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated experience and proficiency working with a culturally, ethnically, racially and socioeconomically diverse school community is preferred.Responsible To:
