Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, incorporating curriculum development and differentiated instruction techniques. Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective classroom management strategies, behavior management, and engaging activities tailored to diverse learning styles. Utilize educational technology tools and learning technology platforms to enhance instructional delivery and student engagement. Monitor student progress regularly through assessments, standardized testing, and performance data analysis to tailor instruction accordingly. Collaborate with fellow teachers, educational staff, and specialists such as special education professionals or speech therapists to support individual learning needs. Communicate effectively with parents through regular updates, parent-teacher conferences, and written reports to promote transparency and partnership in student development. Incorporate literacy education, math instruction, physical education experience, and library services into daily activities to foster well-rounded growth. Requirements Proven experience teaching young children in a classroom setting, including elementary school or early childhood education environments. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and educational compliance regulations. Demonstrated skills in curriculum implementation, lesson planning, student performance monitoring, and assessment analysis. Experience working with children with autism or those requiring early intervention strategies is preferred. Excellent communication skills for effective parent-teacher interactions and team collaboration. Familiarity with educational technology integration, learning styles adaptability, and differentiated instruction methods. Relevant certifications in early childhood education or Montessori teaching methods are highly desirable.
